Backing-up your data

• From the File menu select Backup.
• Press F2.

Only available when the program has been registered

All the data you have entered into Shop 'Til You Drop is held in various files in the following folder:

• "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Shop Til You Drop" - (WinXP PCs)
• "C:\ProgramData\Shop Til You Drop" - (Vista and Win7 PCs)

To make backing-up your data easier, you should periodically use the Backup function to instantly create a single, zipped archive of the current database. The backup file will be stored in the backup folder specified in Tools | Options. Normally this is "My Documents\Shop Til You Drop".

You should include the backup file(s) from the backup folder in your usual backup routine.

If you need to recover the data from a backup file you can use File | Restore.
